Tilt is a great spot because even though we're in a big city, you feel like you are at home. There is something in the atmosphere here; that you are always amongst friends at Tilt! It's a regular hangout for me but it never gets old because they are always throwing great parties and having charity events to spice things up and stay involved! It's our meet up spot, hang out place, and last call corral, it's where we want to be! The Guest bartenders, DJ's and events keep in as a staple in Charlotte's nightlife.
Tilt is where my college friends could come and mingle and feel their ECU pride soar, Tilt made us feel like we were back in Greenville with their drink specials and crazy ways! It was an awesome spot for the Kickoff party for when we played USC. Purple & Gold decor got us pumped for game day!

Tilt on Trade is the perfect location in Uptown Charlotte for Networking Events! I have been holding my monthly IT and Engineering events @ Tilt on Trade for 7 straight months! Drink specials and great music are always available! The entire staff is friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming!
I have attended birthday parties and charity events as well, and Tilt really knows how to throw a party!

I honestly can't thank you enough for the outstanding job you did on my bridal shower! It was wonderful - the food, presentation and service were extraordinary. I was very pleased and all the guests gave rave reviews. You went above and beyond! The décor was perfect, creating an intimate, warm setting for such an important day. Guests were greeted with pink champagne and a fantastic spread of hors d'oeuvres, It meant so much to me that you took the time and consideration to provide my matron of honor with a gluten free meal, so many places overlook that, leaving her with very few options. I appreciate your attentiveness and responsiveness. Thank you for an unforgettable day!!
Tilt is a great little hideaway that has become uptowns go to bar. Every event goes off with out a hitch and the place is packed from wall to wall. The staff is great and can handle any request no matter how big or small. Everyone has that place that they just naturally gravitate to and Tilt is my place. They always have great music and great drink specials and of course I love the dart board!

As the Executive Director of a small non-profit organization, The Arc of Mecklenburg County, I am always looking to meet potential business partners in the community that will help us spread our mission. After meeting Luke at TILT and seeing the passion he has for our community and his willingness to help us raise awareness of children & adults with developmental disabilities, I quickly realized that I had met exactly the person who I was looking for.
Luke offered to coordinate a charity art auction & wine tasting for my agency to help raise awareness of our cause and raise much needed funds. Luke did an amazing job getting the artists on board, marketing the event and collecting silent auction items to help us raise money. I cannot imagine the time he put in to the event! In July of 2011, I hosted an event at Tilt for my Cystic Fibrosis Stand Out Charlottean campaign and the experience that I had working with Luke Johns and Anthony Kearey was nothing short of spectacular!
They went above and beyond to make sure that the event planning and preparation and customer experience went smooth and was easily produced. I can very safely say that my experience with Tilt was exceptional and it exceeded my expectations and ideals. What I respected most about my event production at Tilt, is/was their true love and passion to support the Charlotte community – They put all they can behind event planning efforts to ensure that their clients have an enjoyable time and that event’s goals are met and exceeded as far as fundraising, client expectations and comfort. Tilt is always kept exceptionally clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
I would highly recommend Tilt to your preferred location for event hosting and fundraising and personally, I plan on producing future events with Anthony and Luke at Tilt. Thank you, Tilt for understanding, appreciating and giving back to the Charlotte community as much as you do!

I am a huge fan of Tilt! They have hosted three events for me over the last several months. Two were After-hour networking events and one was a personal event. All three were special and in each case Luke assured we were made to feel special. He did that with great drink specials and delicious food that was catered. The personal event I referenced was my father’s 80th birthday. We rented Tilt for the evening and Luke and his staff assured it was special. There were appropriate decorations, posters, a repeating DVD of family photos, personal music from a playlist, great food (again) and a birthday cake that was a personal gift from Luke. I very much appreciate Tilt helping to create an event that I will never forget.

The success of our recent 10 year reunion was beyond what any of us could have imagined and hoped for and I want to thank you on behalf of the entire reunion committee and the South Mecklenburg High School class of 2001. You and your staff made it so that the committee could also enjoy the reunion rather than worrying about all the details. The layout of Tilt was perfect, the food was excellent and of course your decorating could have worked out better. We still continue to get calls and emails everyday on how much everyone enjoyed themselves. You guys were truly amazing, thanks again for everything, we absolutely could have done it without you! Now if I can just come up with another event to host there so that I don’t have to wait another 10 years.
